FEATURED CORPORATE PROGRAMME

Neuroinclusive workplaces.

Understanding different ways of thinking is part of responsible organisational practice.

Human-Service approaches support for neurodivergent employees through individual mental health counselling, management awareness and organisational cooperation.

Our approach

Connecting individual strengths with workplace expectations.

Workplace questions relating to ADHD, autism and other forms of neurodivergence often extend beyond individual challenges. The work environment, task design and ways of cooperating can all influence how employees use their abilities.

Our aim is not to fit every employee into the same mould, but to consider the needs of the organisation and the individual together.

Three connected service levels

From individual support to organisational awareness.

01 · EMPLOYEES

Individual mental health support

Confidential consultations to explore everyday workplace and personal challenges, including questions related to neurodivergent experiences.

02 · MANAGERS AND HR

Professional awareness and consultation

Foundational understanding of neurodiversity and development of supportive communication and cooperation among managers and colleagues.

03 · ORGANISATIONS

Support for neuroinclusive practices

Consultation and development tailored to the organisation to help create more inclusive workplace practices.

Who is it for?

Especially valuable when goodwill also needs professional guidance.

Company leaders and HR professionals

When an organisation wants to address neurodiversity more purposefully and seeks an experienced external professional partner.

Line managers

When they want to better understand questions arising in everyday cooperation, expectations and communication.

Neurodivergent employees

When a person seeks support to understand their own ways of functioning, cope with challenges or identify appropriate support options.

Family members seeking support

When family responsibilities related to neurodivergence make it difficult to balance home life and work.

Responsible professional boundaries

Trust and voluntary participation are essential.

Employee consultations are confidential. Support intended to understand neurodivergent experiences does not mean employers diagnosing employees or classifying them by health status.

Human-Service mental health services do not replace medical diagnosis, psychiatric care or clinical specialist services. Where appropriate, we recommend seeking suitable specialist care.
