Management communication, feedback culture, trust and the perceived safety of speaking up.
Workplace practices and environments accommodating different attentional, sensory and working needs.
Organisational transitions, uncertainty, change communication and adaptation.
Needs relating to counselling, training, mentoring and other employee support.
A focused organisational question or a defined team.
A coordinated review across several assessment modules with management reporting.
Assessment, actionable development plan, management consultation and agreed follow-up.
We define the questions and methodology together, select appropriate instruments and data safeguards, collect and analyse responses, and prepare a management summary with practical recommendations. Scope and methods are adapted to each organisation.
Where suitable, we favour appropriately validated measures and do not present bespoke questionnaires as validated diagnostic instruments. Confidentiality, the practical limits of anonymity, data-controller roles and reporting thresholds are agreed before data collection. This service does not replace any statutory occupational risk assessment.
