Human-Service · Ongoing organisational partnership

Wellbeing Partner. Professional support without a full-time in-house role.

Not every organisation needs a full-time wellbeing manager. Human-Service provides a flexible external professional partner to plan, coordinate and review employee wellbeing activities alongside your existing HR and leadership teams.

When does it make sense?

When employee wellbeing, workplace relationships or mental health concerns need sustained attention, but there is no dedicated internal role or sufficient specialist capacity.

What can the partnership include?

Professional coordination

Regular meetings with an appointed HR or leadership contact, with agreed priorities and follow-up.

Employee support

Coordinating access to confidential consultations, clarifying referral routes and appropriate onward support.

Assessment and feedback

Exploring support needs and interpreting suitably aggregated organisational feedback.

Training and prevention

Planning manager briefings, workshops, wellbeing days and focused development activities.

Programme review

Periodic management summaries of agreed activities and priorities, without disclosing personal counselling information.

Flexible partnership options

Essential Partner

4–6 hours per month: professional consultation, HR liaison and core programme coordination.

Integrated Partner

8–12 hours per month: regular coordination and oversight of support and development activities.

Strategic Partner

16–24 hours per month: broader coordination across teams, functions or sites.

Getting started

We begin with a short management consultation, then agree the scope, availability, responsibilities and monthly capacity. The arrangement is reviewed periodically. Delivery may be online, with agreed on-site visits where feasible.

An external partner does not replace the employer’s legal, occupational safety or HR responsibilities. Individual counselling content is never disclosed to the employer. Direct employee counselling, assessments and specialist subcontracting can be agreed separately.
